Goals for the Retreat
The goals of the Sweet Home summer administrative retreat are as follows:
- Administrators will have a deeper understanding of the big change picture and their role within it.
- Administrators will create an implementation plan for unit design and teacher rounds in their building.
- The support structure for administrators will be clarified and focused.
